1, Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are professional manufacturer which factory located in Shandong Province, with nine years export experiences in suppling various of glass bottles. Especially providing liquor glass bottles for wine & spirit, such as Whisky,Brandy,Vodka,Gin,Tequlia and Rum etc. with fully automatic machines.
2, Q: Can i get samples before mass cargo?
A: Yes, existed samples will be free. Custom bottle sample may need the buyer to bear the mould fees.
3, Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have our own professional QC department. In order to provide our customer satisfactory products, our QC will on spot in each mass production and send you inspection report before shipment.
4, Q: What surface handing could you support ?
A: We can provide bottle logo painting or embossing, high temperature decal or low temperature decal, frosting, screen
painting,color coating, electroplating etc. In other word, we could provide the surface handing what you want.
5, Q: Do you accept customized order?
A: Absolutely, whether you send us your own design or not, we have our design department with numbers of designers who could according your idea to provide the design bottle shapes, then open the moulds for you.
6, Q: How many of your MOQ?
A: 5000 - 10000pieces. For warehouse bottles, smaller order is acceptable.
7. Q: How long time of lead time?
A: Around 7-15 working days after receving deposit.Warehouse bottles can be deliveried within 3 working days; Customized bottle need around 15-20working days.
8.What is your shipping terms?
For small trial order,FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc can be provided.
For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea,by air according to your requirement.
We will help you to choose the best efficient shipping way according to your detail requirements.
9.What is your payment term?
We are quite flexible about payment, we accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Trade Assurance, Cash, etc
Usually 30% payment in advance, 70% payment before delivery.
