1.Introduction:
Glass fiber cloth production line is suitable for weaving natural fibers (such as cotton, wool, silk, hemp) as well as various man-made and synthetic fibers. It can be woven in single, double and multi-woven fabrics, especially for wide-colour yarn-dyed.
2.Features:
1). The machine has compact structure, convenient operation, easy adjustment of fabric replacement, high degree of automation, wide adaptability and so on;
2).The main transmission wheel train is lubricated by oil bath, the pendulum shaft bearing adopts regular forced lubrication, and the oil-free bath part adopts sealed bearing.
3). The opening mechanism adopts an active lower dobby machine. According to the designed fabric structure, the lifting movement of the heald frame is controlled by a pre-made texture paper or program. An electronic dobby can also be equipped.
4). The weft insertion mechanism is a double-sword one-side weft feeding. The flexible sword belt driven by the conjugate cam and the clamp type gripper complete the weft insertion at the center of the weft. Optimized design of the precision machining conjugate cam controls the entire weft insertion process, which makes the law of the rapier head movement more reasonable, ensuring stable weft tension, reliable handover and stable operation when the loom is running at high speed.
5.) The beating mechanism is driven by a conjugate cam to drive the short squat foot separation squat, using inertial beating to reduce the impact and energy consumption of the movement. The beating conjugate cam with the same high precision as the weft insertion conjugate cam drives a strong short shank, ensuring the beating force when weaving high-density fabrics and heavy fabrics.
6). The active delivery mechanism adopts a double adjustment system to ensure uniform delivery and stable tension.
7). With a leno reed device, it can be equipped with a folding edge and a hot melt edge device.
8). the selection of weft up to 8 colors, can be used for irregular weft selection. Electronic weft selection and mechanical weft selection are available.
9). The 4kw main motor drives the various mechanisms of the loom through the electromagnetic brake clutch. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electric control system to accurately control the functions of starting, positioning, and jogging of the loom.
10). The take-up mechanism actively and continuously drives the take-up roller by the worm wheel, the worm and the sprocket to realize continuous winding.
11). using microcomputer control system, with automatic weft search, fault detection, automatic weft selection, automatic stop of the warp, automatic stop of the weft, optional LCD display and other functions.
