Q1: How to ensure the quality of the wheels?
A: For each wheel, we conduct tests before packaging, and our products pass ISO, TUV, TSE, and JWL tests.
Q2: How long does it take from placing the order to receiving the goods?
A: If there is stock available, we will ship your order within 3 days. For larger quantities, the production time is approximately 20 days. If you opt for air freight for smaller quantities, the transit time is about 7 days. For larger quantities shipped by sea, the transit time is around 30 days.
Q3:If I want to get a quotation, what information should I provide?
A: Please leave your contact information (phone number or email) for us to reach you, along with details such as wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), color, and order quantity.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q5: What's your MOQ?
A: If we have stock available, our MOQ is 4 pieces; if you require your own design, we can discuss the MOQ.
