CIL-NP-7000K-250-500-2 it uses jumbo rolls as raw paper to process various sizes of napkin paper. The machine start from raw material feeding, embossment, folding and cutting to form to be one line , and then packaging. The product is of sanitation and cleanness. If the customer need to produce various kind sizes (180 to 500) of napkin paper , the customer need to order the machine. Take CIL-NP-7000A-275 for example, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper is 270mmx275mm. While CIL-NP-7000A-330, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper is 330mmx330mm. So do others. We also accept orders according to clients' request.

1. Controlled with unreeling tension to fit production with different tension of raw paper
2. Count automatically and orderly placed, convenient to pack(when produce square tissue)
3. Attach with folding unit ensuring accurate position and unify sizes of product.
4. Adopt steel against wool embossing roller to have clear embossment.( the embossing unit can be steel against steel roller according to customer's requirement )
5. According to customer's requirement we can design the machine with one color printing, two colors printing or multi-color printing unit.
6. We can manufacture different specification of machine according to customers' requirement.
