1. This grinder is a multifunctional equipment used for large-scale processing of outer circles, end faces, and arcs of shaft sleeve parts. Adopting a dedicated CNC system, the feed of the grinding wheel holder and the movement of the worktable are controlled by two axes respectively. Able to complete automatic cyclic grinding of multiple outer surfaces and end faces in one installation of the workpiece.
2. It has various functions such as automatic feeding of grinding wheels, coarse, fine, and spark free grinding, automatic shifting of workbenches, automatic switching of workpiece speeds, automatic dressing and compensation of grinding wheels through pre dressing, optional automatic measurement of workpieces (measuring instruments), and safety interlocking of cyclic actions.
3. The machine tool is equipped with a dedicated user interface, which includes coordinate setting screen, grinding wheel shape parameter setting screen, trimming parameter setting screen, measuring instrument tool compensation screen, grinding parameter setting screen, etc. These dedicated screens greatly facilitate user operation.
