Flat silos are steel silos commonly used to store bulk grain and other materials. Large capacity storage is typical, with storage capacities of this type of grain storage ranging from 39 cubic meters to 20,084 cubic meters. These silos are erected on flat or conical concrete foundations and are used for long-term storage of large quantities of grains, seeds, pellets and pellet products. All of our flat silos or flat silos are designed, manufactured and installed according to D-4097 or ASTM D-3299.

Grain silo silo cylindrical body
The bottom silo of the Singu brand hopper is made of the main plate and stiffener, made of structural galvanized steel S350GD with high elastic tolerance, coated with zinc equivalent to 450 g/m2.
Concrete silo base
When the diameter of the cone bottom silo is less than 12.8m, cement cone base or steel base can be used to achieve automatic unloading. When the diameter of the silo is greater than 12.8m, the flat bottom cement base is used, and the unloading is required by a spiral cleaner. The price of the cement base is moderate, but the construction period is longer.
