Department Introduction of QC / Technical Support:
In order to get super quality, we have special QC department to control the product quality. This department is composed by experienced engineers who can offer us strong technical support easily. The engineers will inspect product quality both in order production and after order production to make sure each shipment we send to our customers is in the best status. With their strict quality control, our consistent quality wins us more and more orders from our international customers.
QC Flow:
1. Material inspection before production to avoid any potential problem from the very beginning.
2. Inspection for half-finished products during order production to find the problem earlier if any;
3. Inspection for finished products after production to make sure the products comply with customer's requirement.
Full Service and Product Warranty: We offer our customers technical assistance and a full one year warranty on all products covering all manufacturing defects. Spare Parts:We can supply spare parts within 15 business days or sooner. Currently, part numbers are not available on-line. Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We have our factory for the farm machines and we also have our own trading company with self-supported import and export right.
Q2: How can I trust on your company?
We are a fully registered manufacture and exporting company by China Export Registration Authorities. Q3: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. About 1 hour away from Linyi Airport, 4 hours away from Qingdao airport. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!
Q4: How can I place an order from your website?
It is very easy.Once you find the implement you need on our website and place an inquiry against it, or, get to the inquiry section and leave us a message there with name, country and phone number, we will get in touch with you at the earliest.
Q5: How can I make the payment?
Payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) through the bank against the proforma invoice.
30% as prepayment and the balance when the goods are ready for shipping.

We usually ship goods via Qingdao port of China.
