S5X Series Vibrating Screen
IntroductionS5X series vibrating screen is a kind of incline circular screen, adopt the most advanced designing theory in the world, applicable for heavy duty, medium duty, and fine screening process. Suitable for screening the material from primary crushing and secondary crushing, and final product. Widely used in aggregates production, metallurgy mining, coal, chemical, recycling industries.
Main Features
1, High G-Force 3.2-4.2g. Speed 800 ~900 rpm. Amplitude 7~12 mm.The G-force of S5X series screen is 20~40% higher than the normal Chinese traditional screens, and the same or even higher than the screens from the world top brands. The speed and amplitude are both higher than the normal screens. With higher vibration G-force, speed, amplitude, the material on the screen deck can be activated, moving and rolling faster, to increase the capacity and separation efficiency.
2, SV super Vibrator- Efficient, reliable and convenient.
3, Not easy to crack, no welding point.
4, The supporting device of screen uses a more expensive rubber spring, which has the advantages of longer service life, corrosion resistance, smooth operation, low noise, and less impact on the foundation than the metal spring.
