--Usually 2 days for preparing samples, 5-7 days for shipping.
5. How long is the lead time for bulk order?
--For example about insulation silicone rubber material, 1-2 days for 1 ton(1000kgs), 14 days for 20tons(20ft container).
6.Do you inspect goods before delivery?
--We have a professional QC team, each batch of silicone rubber must be tested by our safe quality examination system before shipping.
7.What is your minimum order quantity?
--Depending on the product you need, for example about insulation silicone rubber material, normal MOQ is 100kgs. If you need less than 100kgs for starting a trial order, it might be okay.

9.Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
