The 102Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cell is a large-capacity lithium-ion battery cell designed for long-life and high-reliability scenarios. With a rated capacity of 102Ah, it supports a 1C charge and discharge rate (i., 102A current for charging and discharging), allowing a complete charge and discharge cycle to be completed within 1 hour, while also catering to low continuous power supply needs. The cell uses a lithium iron phosphate chemical system, with a rated voltage of 3.2V, a charging cut-off voltage of .65V, and a discharge cut-off voltage of 2.5V, offering an ultra-long cycle life (capacity retention rate ≥ 80% 6000 cycles), significantly reducing long-term usage costs. The physical dimensions are 50mm x 160mm x 1185mm, with a weight of only 1.926kg, and an energy density of about 170Wh/kg, combining the advantages of light and high capacity.
The cell is equipped with built-in safety features such as a pressure relief valve and a CID current interrupt device, and has passed strict safety tests such needle pricking, overcharging/overdischarging, complying with certification standards such as UN38.3, CE, and RoHS. The operating temperature range -20ºC to 60ºC (discharge) and 0ºC to 45ºC (charge), adapting to extreme environments. It is suitable scenarios that require ultra-long life and stability, such as home storage systems, solar storage, industrial uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), communication base stations, and electric that undergoes high-frequency cycling. When paired with a BMS, it can achieve multi-cell series and parallel expansion, supporting the construction of high-voltage systems such 48V/72V, making it an ideal choice for applications that prioritize durability, safety, and high cost performance
