Producrt Description
Grade A class boiler part header with high quality have water wall header, superheater header, economizer header and so on, it acts as collection, mixture, re-distributing working medium, as the structure, it can be classified as the end cover type( end enclosure) and necking down type.
The critical point to manufacture the end cover of the high quality boiler header is the welding process. We adopt the advanced manufacture process, the complete large sized device and mature technology, especially the welding of the end cover with the header, we adopt the auto submerged welding, this welding method exists the high manufacture efficiency, good quality, the artistic welding appearance, safe and reliable operation.
Function
Grade A class boiler part header with high quality is connected with the boiler outlet pipe to distribute steam to different places. Usually, there are several check valve about the cylinder to control the steam flow direction. The small pipe under the cylinder is to drain out cooling water from cylinder. The high quality boiler header is mainly used for power generation, Iron and steel industry, oil and chemical industry, cement industry, and construction industry, etc.
