Product Features:
When producing ice, the ice plate is temporarily closed, and water is sprayed from bottom to top into the ice chamber at -25ºC to create pure and transparent ice cubes with nearly 100% impurity removal.
Once the ice is formed, the ice plate's temperature is increased using high-temperature hot air flow to de-ice, allowing the ice to drop into the storage refrigerator under its weight.
This ice maker offers rectangular and large cube ice options, making it ideal for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine, cafes, and other establishments.
