Warranty Statement
The whole machine is under warranty for one year. But the evaporator drum is warranted for five years in case of leakage or deformation (change new drum for free).

Q1.What is the delivery time?
A:2 weeks for 0.3ton to 3ton.4-5weeks for above 5ton ice machine.
Q2.Is customization available?
A:Yes.We can provide customization services according to customer requirements.
Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A:The most common is a 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
Q4:Installation &commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves following the manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.
2. Installation by Grant engineers is available. When purchasing machine over 5tons, Grant will arrange 1~2engineers, depending on the project size, to visit installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for providing all expenses of the engineer during installation include transportation.
b. Power, water, installation tools, and spare parts must be prepared before Grant engineers arrive.
