2, Equipment overview
The unpacking device is hoisted to the frame of the unloader by an electric hoist, and then the unloading port of the ton bag is manually disassembled, the flow valve is opened, and the vibrating and extruding devices are used to make the powdered materials in the ton bag fall into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the unloading. The device can effectively protect the production environment, reduce the working intensity of workers, improve the production efficiency, and solve the problem that large bags are difficult to discharge due to moisture absorption during bag opening. (If there is no discharge opening at the bottom of the ton bag, the cutter device should be added)
