Brief introduction of disc granulator
1) The disc of the plate disc adopts overallcircular structure and its granulation rate may reach above 93%.
2) The design of granulationplate is convenient for intermittent continuous production, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves labor efficiency.
3) The reduction gears and the electrical machine adopt flexible belt. The equipment start is steady. It can slow down the impulse and enhance the working life.
4) The plate bottom adopts multiple steel plates which are firm, durable, not deforming.
5) The design of plate bottom is thicker, heavier and more stable, not need to be fixed by anchor bolts.
6) Granulator adopts high temperature quenching, doubling the working life
.Working principle of disc granulator
1) The disc revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane.
2) Add basic fertilizer powder mixed according to the formula into disc in the process of revolving.
3) The powder will rise along with the revolving disc under the friction between the powder and the disc, on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of its gravity.
4) At the same time, the powder is swung towards the disc edge out of the centrifugal force.
5) With the spraying of cementing agent water, the powder material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces.
6) It gradually shapes in the required size, then overflows by the disc edge.

Packing and shipping
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box.
Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
