Usage and characteristics

2BX,2BXF,2BX-J,2BXF-J series seeder are suitable for the plains and hilly areas to drill the wheat seeds and fertilize at the same time. Meanwhile according to the local actual situation to limit the fertilizing amount. When the amount of fertilizer applied is greater than 10kg, a machine must be used to distribute fertilizer.

This machine is matched with small four wheel tractors and middle tractors to work, adopts three- point suspension form, uses hydraulic lifting, seeding device is driven by the ground wheel, uses conveniently. Can finish leveling,ditching,seeding,fertilizing,pressing,covering soil,making a vertical ridge etc multiple works during one operation.
Light type double disc opener has adopted spring floating structure, it can effectively avoid the overall missing seeding due to single disc obstruction. It can smoothly ditching,fertilizing,seeding on the straw returning to the soil.
When working on the non-straw returning to the soil, it should change the disc openers to the arrow shovel type opener.
Seeding depth can be adjusted, seeding amount can be adjusted.

Using the Gearbox to adjust the sowing amount:

This is the gearbox of the wheat seeder, it is the core part of the machine,it has a total of 16 gears, from low 1 gear to low 8 gear,threr are a total of 8 low gears, and from high 1 gear to high 8 gear, there are a total 8 high gears.

According to your requirements to choose whatever you want about the sowing amount within one hectare. Wide range and easy to operate.

Rotary seeding measurement:

Seeding amount is related to seed fluidity, and the seed fluidity of different shapes, sizes and humidity is different, so the actual sowing amount is often inconsistent with the reference sowing amount, and the actual sowing amount needs to be measured. Measurement method: The idling ground wheel lets the seed machine used to row the seeds, turn to the specified number of turns (different row spacing, different number of rows require different number of turns, please refer to the following table), weigh the weight of the seeds, is the sowing amount of 1/150 ha.
