DP Gravity Tapered Sleeve Conveyor Roller


Application: Curve Sprocket Roller Conveyor
Application Environment:Indoor(Food factory , Electronics factory, ...)

Products Features:
1. Covered with grey polyamide taper sleeve; abrasion resistant. low noise, shockproof.
2. Low noise
Compare with chain drive, the V-belt drive has the advantages of low noise. It is widely used for light duty carton conveying.
3. Smooth running
The use of precision ball bearings, Polyamide bearing housings and end caps result in very quiet running.
4. Excellent dust and water resistance
The design of the end cap protects the bearings.
5. Robust construction
To obtain an axial fixing of bearing housing, ball bearing and seal against escaping, the bearing housing is not only pressed into the tube, but also necking treatment .
6. Temperature range: -5ºC to 40ºC
7. The position of the grooves can be customized.
8. Anti-static treatment (specify when ordering)
