Overview:
The Grilamid series was created especially for applications in direct contact with foodstuffs or drinking water.The tailor-made,reinforced and non-reinforced products correspond to international requirements and legislation in this field of application.Important applications for Grilamid PA12 are feed lines and connectors for media and compressed air systems in the fields of automotive, industrial goods, sports and leisure, sanitary components (replacement of brass), pneumatic pipes, cables and cable protection, housings for high-quality electronic devices, components for household appliances.
Grilamid TR grades are amorphous thermoplastics which, due to their composition, combine the excellent properties of semi-crystalline polyamide 12 grades with those of an amorphous thermoplastic in a unique way.
This is highlighted in some of the exceptional characteristics which include high chemical and stress crack resistance combined with excellent transparency.
Grilamid TR is a transparent polymer in granulate form, which combines a variety of excellent properties. This product is such that specific property requirements can be achieved through modification of the material. A noble polymer with unlimited possibilities.
