Nonwoven fabric is a kind of nonwoven cloth, which is directly made of polymer slices, short fibers or filaments to form a net through air flow or machinery, and the non-woven cloth is finished. With soft, breathable and flat structure of the new fiber products, the advantages are antibacterial, alkali corrosion, the finished product does not affect the strength due to erosion.
Advantage of Nonwoven Fabric
1. Lightweight: polypropylene resin as the main raw material, the proportion is only 0.9, only Three-fifths of cotton. It is bulky and feels good.
2. Water-repellent, air-permeable: Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, water content is zero, finished product is water-repellent, composed of 100% fiber with porosity, good air permeability, easy to keep the fabric dry and easy to wash
3. Antibacterial and anti-chemical agents: Polypropylene is a chemically inert material, not insects, and can isolate the presence of bacteria and insects in the liquid; antibacterial, alkaline corrosion, the finished product will not affect the strength due to erosion.
4. Antibacterial. The product is water-removing, not moldy, and can isolate the bacteria and insects in the liquid.
5. Good physical properties. The direct spinning of polypropylene spinning is made by heat-bonding. The strength of the product is better than that of ordinary staple fiber.
