The development of Guichun Technology has gone through the joint efforts and struggles of three generations of textile practitioner. Since the 1970s, Mr. Li Jinggui (formerly the Executive Vice General Manager of Qingdao Yinchun), the former Chairman and founder of Guichun Machinery, has been working hard in the textile industry. After the company's stock reform, he founded Qingdao Guichun Machinery Co., Ltd. and worked hard until retirement.
