HG-1500 H beam automatic assembling machine is a specially designed for spot assembling H beam. During the assembling of the H beam, manual wheel will positioning the web in advance then hydraulic clamp is used for synchronized clamping and automatic centering it to ensure in the middle of the flange.
This machine adopts PLC programable controller to control the full processes of H-beam clamping, alignment and positioning, spot welding, which has rapid speed and high effeciency.
This machine without voltage protection device, assemlies and automaticly spot welding the variable section H-beam, the welding gun is mechanical and hydraulic tracing way, convienience operation and good quality.

The vertical assembly machine which the flange,web fastening and calibrating,positioning,and auto spot welding equipped,all of which accept the Japanese Mitsubishi programmable controller and the AC frequency converter so as to increase the productivity one times above comparing with common products,with the features of stable and reliable working state and the welding gun is equipped by the arc-tracing device to ensure the quality of spot welding.
The main components of this machine are the main frame, feed conveyor, discharge conveyor, traction centering system, welding system, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.
The main framework consist of an upper entrance and a lower base section. The upper department can press and support the beam wall. Four sets of guide rail systems provide stable and reliable direction.
When positioning the wall frame and shelf, hydraulic transmission is used. Mechanical synchronous fixtures and centering systems are used on both sides to achieve automatic positioning and centering. It also provides an eccentric wheel for fine-tuning.
