Product Description
The continuous casting of molten steel into billets, blooms and slab products, has been highly refined over the years into an extremely sophisticated system. The continuous casting process is expected to produce metallurgical sound products at the lower possible cost, and this is being achieved in many steelworks throughout the world.
Copper moulds have played an important role in the development of the continuous casting process. Their function is to receive the molten steel and to allow rapid heat transfer from the steel to the cooling water to enable quick solidification. The mould must exhibit excellent thermal conductivity, be resistant for thermal erosion, and be resistant to distortion from thermal stress. So far only copper and a few copper alloys meet the above conditions, both economically and technically.

We have more than 16years experience in producing and have exported to more than 20 countries, including Canada, Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India etc. The products are mainly nickel alloy, stainless steel, precision alloy, copper pipe and copper mould tubes, including plate/sheet, strip, wire, bar/rod, seamless pipe, welded tube, flange, tee, elbow, stub end other pipe fittings etc. They are widely used in petrochemical, chemical industry, machinery, nuclear, aerospace, ship, metallurgy, medicine, construction etc.

1. How you can control your quality?
For each production processing, we have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.
After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.
2. What's your delivery time?
It usually needs about 20-45 days after receiving the deposit.
3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide a free sample for testing, If we have sample in stock.
The quantity based on the material type, The buyer should bear all the shipping costs.
4. What's your payment terms?
We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment for orders over $ 5000.
