The distance between adjacent legs is 1206mm, the tier height 590mm, and the width (including feeding troughs) 1560mm. Such cages have larger bearing capacity and the more breeding space, C shape leg is formed of hot dip galvanized sheet is easy to clean.
cage mesh adopt Belgium Bekaert galvanized aluminum wire, the advantages of the steel wire is high intensity, good elasticity ,it can effectively alleviate the chicken fatigue. Compared to hot-dip ,it not only greatly enhance the arntirust effect, but also improve the cage surface smooth, to avoid the hurt of chicken scratch.
Bottom of trough is designed V shape bottom,that is suitable for bird's feeding habits; The feed is distributed uniformly, that can effectively prevent the moldy feed to ensure the layers to eat fresh feed, it greatly reduce waste of feed as well.
Troughs are fully processed by CNC equipment, which are so strong that even people can step on it. Plug-in connecting structure make the error controlled within 1mm .
