Characteristics
1.2343/H11/SKD6 tool steel consists of less vanadium than the steel grade 1.2344. It gives 1.2343 steels the higher toughness, with some reduction in wear resistance and temper resistance. 1.2343 tool steel is a deep-hardening, air-hardening steel and 1.2343 alloy steel could be deep hardened by heat treatment and air-quenching. It gives minimal size change during heat treatment. 1.2343 how work steel also has super resistance to thermal fatigue cracking and superb resistance to gross cracking and thermal shock when water cooled in service.

1.Die casting mould (the cavities and cores,insert block,mold core ,shunt cone, nitrogen thimble)
2. Extrusion die (the cavities and cores,die cushion, choke block)
3. Hot pressing mould for aluminum, copper, magnesium.
4. Cold impact load, hot shear, compression ring and wear-resistant parts

Our MOQ each order is around 25 Tons(one container), customer can mix different types of steel to reach this quantity.
