Product Description:
Positioners provide steel fabrication shops with the most up-to-date equipment for placing bulky fabrications in the 'downhand' position in the shortest possible time without the use of cranes and manpower. The positioners tables rotate at accurate and constant variable speeds and tilt through 135° with a high C.G. load rating covering almost all anglers for welding any angular job placed on it. Positioners can be supplied for interfacing with Column and Boom Manipulator.
This kind welding positioner mainly consists of mainframe, worktable, overturing unit, rotation unit, and electric control part, etc.Mainframe, rotary table and cabinet combination of such components are welded, all welds of equal strength according to the requirements of welding seam, and remove the stress and prevent welding deformation processing.
Packing And Shipment:
Kindly Noted:
1. You can choose Fixed type or Elevating type .
2. Welding Positioner can tilting from 0° to 120°, rotation 360° via VFD control.
3. Standard Voltage is 380V , 50HZ , 3PH. Other voltage please kindly let us know.
4. Controlled is remote-control box, optional is foot switch
5. If customer need more special requirements , we could study with our engineer.
