2. Nuts: hex nut, heavy hex nut, square nut,hex flange nut, hex nylon lock nut, slotted nut, eye nut, hex cap nut, caps nut, U clip nut, all metal locknut
3. Washers: flat washer/ plain washer, fender washer, taper washer, square washer,
helical spring-lock washer, hardened steel washers, external / internal tooth lock washer
4. Non standard fasteners: based on customer's drawing or samples
5. Turning parts, the processes including: turning, grinding, milling, drilling holes, knurling

Testing will run through the entire processes, from retest of raw material, and random inspection in each production step, and final inspection for finished production. Hengrui issue material test reports and inspection reports before shipment, also can send products to the third party to inspect according to the clients' requirement.
Could you provide free samples?
1. For standard fasteners, samples are offered for free, clients only need pay the freight cost.
2. For non standard fasteners, samples are offered after paying the moulding fee.

Our ordinary package is bulk in cartons+ wooden pallets. Also can accept special requirement of package, like bulk in small boxes,
