We formulated HDPE masterbatches to enhance the production of double-wall corrugated pipes, utilizing high-density polyethylene as the carrier along with ultra-fine inorganic fillers and functional additives. It improves both the strength and flexibility of the pipes, ensuring they can withstand significant pressure and stretching without breaking, even in demanding environments. Additionally, the masterbatch contributes to a smoother, more uniform surface and higher production efficiency by reducing waste and enhancing overall consistency. It is also suitable for use in other pipe applications, including large-scale drainage systems, where increased rigidity is essential.
