This production line includes a conveyor system, crushing unit with water, rinsing system, high-speed friction washing system, dewatering system, drying system, and collection and packaging systems.
To enhance the crushing process and increase the overall output of the production line, a single shaft shredder or double-shaft shredder can be optionally installed before the crusher, depending on the size and difficulty of the raw materials.
Our production line scheme can be customized to meet the specific pollution state of your raw materials and the quality requirements of the finished product.
