Poly Tubing / Polythene Lay flat Tubing Polythene Continuous Tubing or Poly Tubing is supplied on rolls of different width and thicknesses to suit any length or size product. Clear LLDPE tube or Poly lay flat tubing is normally supplied as clear or natural, but can be manufactured in any colour to suit your packing requirements. Poly Tubing can be easily cut and heat sealed with an impulse sealer to form bags or sealed using tape or staples.

Q: What's your main Product?
Our main products are HDPE and LDPE bags, such as T-shirt Shopping bags, Garbage bags, Packaging bags and tubing films. 
We also produce PP cutlery as spoon, folk and cups.


Q: What information should I offer if I want to get a quotation? 
The measurement of the products (Length x Width), if your bags have the gusset,please also provide the gusset size.
Thickness in micron or Mil
The material: HDPE/LDPE,virgin or recycled
The printing: How many colors printing? The printing for  one side or both sides?
The quantity of the products you need.
It will be very useful if you can provide us your bag's pictures. And samples will be best.


Q:How can I get the sample?
1.    We can provide the similar sample from our stock, which is free. You just need pay for the freight fee.
2.    You can choose proofing(same with your need bags), you need pay the proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will samples be finished(Proofing)? 
Generally speaking, proofing can be completed in 7 working days.
 

Q:What is your delivery date for mass orders?
It depends. Normally, 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and all details confirmed.

Q:What is your payment term?
Usually, T/T 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ?
Shopping bags, Garbage bags and Food packaging bags: 3 tons or 500000pcs.
PP cutlery demands 2 Tons.


Q: Do you inspect the finished products?
Of course. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping.
