Galvanized steel bars are materials that are coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of ordinary steel bars to prevent the steel from corroding and rusting, thereby extending the service life of the steel.
This treatment method is divided into two methods: Electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing.
The use of galvanized steel bars can significantly improve its corrosion resistance and greatly increase the service life of the product.
For example, the galvanized steel used in light steel villas,according to different galvanizing standards,can be guaranteed not to rust for a long time under specific conditions. The national standard for galvanized steel materials is 60 grams per square meter, and the amount of galvanizing for outdoor high-voltage power towers of power companies is as high as 160 grams per square meter, which can guarantee 50 years of stainless steel in an exposed environment. The light steel material complies with the American G90 standard, and the galvanizing amount is 275 g/m2. The anti-corrosion technology of aluminum-zinc plating is 3 to 6 times that of ordinary galvanizing. Therefore, aluminum-zinc plating of 150 g/m2 The anti-corrosion effect is equivalent to that of galvanizing 450 grams/square meter.
