Product Feature
Full Auto Production Duct Coil Line VI is our latest auto duct line. With U type structure, it covers less space and reduces the time of plate passing which achieves the productivity of each duct into twenty to twenty-three seconds. This full-auto line can complete the following processing once time: leveling, grooving, hydraulic notching and punching, size-fixed cutting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, angle-iron flange forming, and auto folding. It can produce three types of ducts: "L" shape, "U" or "square" shape. This line features high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost, and less materials usage.
Basic parts:
1. Two sets of electric feeding frames (can put the total of four coilers)
2. One set of leveling and grooving device
3. One set of holes-punching devices for supporting duct mounting( Customer optional configuration)
4. Punching mounds
5. One set of electric feeding tables ( the front part)
