Seismic Restraint Spring Vibration Isolator
Product feature:
Anti-seismic series vibration isolators with special outlook design have the good anti-seismic property. The slot side board could prevent the unit side slip. When occurring natural disasters, they can reduce vibration efficiently to assure the normal performance of unit. They mainly compose with body, upper cover, base support and rubber mat. The two-side connecting guide pillars join the upper cover and base support together into a whole, which has a good anti-side-force effect. The upper and lower isolation rubber mat have the dual-vibration effect.
If spring was installed horizontally and vertically, the vibration isolator is impossible to anti-seismic. The bolt may be curved before spring have been damaged.So the cushion mat could prevent the disaster.
Use characteristics :
* Install vibration isolator as figure 1.
* If the earthquake happens, the upper cover would be isolated and remains motionless in space as in figure 2.
*If the earthquake is high, the vibration isolator could prevent the unit slop effectively as figure 3.
