This mould type tubeformer is designed to automatically form spiral duct for HVAC round duct progress!
It is an advanced spiral duct forming line with much more reliable performance due to its fixed mould design!
Each mould will form spiral tube of one fixed diameter.
Compared with band type spiral tubeformer, this machine is of higher durability and the spiral tubes formed are of better air tightness for sure!

2. What shall we do if don't know how to operate your machine?
We can dispatch our engineers to your country and you can also send your engineers to our
factory for learning operation. Besides, there are detailed installation and operating instructions
attached, it is very simple. We have telephone and email support at 24 hours per day.
3. What are your payment terms?
We support T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, Western Union and so on. TT, 30% in advance, 70% balance
before the shipment.
4. OEM is available?
Yes.
5. What's your package?
There're two package methods. One method is that machines will be fixed directly in a whole
container without wooden box when total machines dimensions need a container, in this
situation, machines will be transported by FCL (full container load). Another method is that
machines will be packaged with wooden box when total machines dimensions are small which
does not need a whole container, in this situation, machines will be transported by LCL (less
than container load).
Both of these two package methods are safe.
