Application
Motor rotor-shaft thermal fitting;
Medium and small-sized motor aluminum shell-stator coil, and motor transmission shaft-bearing thermal fitting and assembly;
The Paint Stripping Oven is mainly used for Stripping insulating paint on the coil during the motor repair process, which eliminates the bad environment and danger arising from traditional wire burning.
Performance
1. Temperature rise on the surface of the oven: ≤room temperature +20ºC. For special places, please refer to the standard JB/T5520-91;2. An advanced hot air circulation system ensures good temperature uniformity in the oven;
3. The inner liner is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with thermal expansion joints. The inner liner will not deform at high temperature and is durable;
4, Door diversity: top-door: sliding or turnover available; front-door: sliding or vertical lift available;
5. Door opening method: manual, electric or hydraulic available; door structure: single-layer or double-layer available
6. Heating mode: electricity, gas and fuel.
