1. Where is your factory located?
Our forklift factory is located in Qingdao, Shandong province of China.
We have 40, 000 square meters workshop and 20 R&D staff. We have been specializing in the forklift manufacture from 1999.
2. What is the manufacture capacity of your factory?
In 2020, we manufacture and sell 5300 units of diesel and battery forklift.
In 2021, we manufacture and sell 5500 units of diesel and battery forklift.
The target of our forklift quantity in 2021 is 7000 units.
3. How long is the warranty of your products?
12 months from on board date or 2000hrs warranty whichever comes first.
During warranty time, we offer air delivery of the spare parts within 2 working days.Besides that, we have experienced engineers to check the problems and maintenance.
4. Do you do OEM business or CKD/SKD business?
We can produce forklifts with the client's brand and CKD/SKD is also acceptable for us.
5. What payment terms do you accept?
Normally 30% T/T in advance as deposit, blance paid before shipment.
100% L/C at sight is acceptable.
6. Delivery time:
Standard forklift: 7 days.
Forklift with options: 15-25 days.
