A: Our machine comes with 1 year warranty. Any damage incurred by improper usage/ negligence would not be covered by the warranty. YES! We have English machine operating instructions, as well as instruction videos to show our customers.

A: Generally, it takes 15 to 30 days to finish an order. The exact delivery time will be confirmed by further communication.
