The four series of reducers mainly include F series parallel shaft helical gear reducers, R series helical gear hardened gear reducers, K series spiral bevel gear reducers and S series hardened gear worm reducers.
F series parallel shaft helical gear reducers are mainly used in horizontal coaxial output scenarios, with the characteristics of wide speed ratio range and large power range;
R series helical gear hardened gear reducers have various installation forms and solid shaft coaxial output, which are suitable for occasions that need to bear large axial and radial forces;
K series spiral bevel gear reducers adopt spiral bevel gear right-angle output and modular combination system design, with a wide range of motor combinations, installation forms and structural solutions;
S series hardened gear worm reducers have self-locking function and high degree of automation, which are suitable for scenarios that need to match different types of motors from 0.12KW to 22KW.

(1)The cast box is made of high-strength grey cast iron HT250 and ball ground cast iron, and the small and medium box is made of integral structure, with good rigidity, excellent anti-vibration performance, improved wave strength and extended service life
(2)The gear material is processed by 20CrMnTi + carbonization process. The hardness of the tooth surface reaches 58~62HRC
