Quotation and payment
The customer service will give you the specific product parameters you understand and quote you. We will communicate with you until you confirm that everything is correct and then you can pay

Proofing and sending samples
The factory will make samples according to your needs and send them out after the samples are ready. There is a production cycle at this stage, please wait patiently
04 Step 4
Production and delivery
After confirming that the sample is correct, we will enter the production phase. The product will be shipped immediately after it is completed. If you have any questions during the process, you can contact customer service
Q1: Can I print our logo on the products and change the color of the products?
A: Yes, we accept OEM service.
Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course, but you may need to pay a sample charge which will be returned after any order is signed.
Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: The stock sample is 1-3 days, making the sample 7-15 workdays after receiving your sample charge.
Depending on your order quantity, the production lead time is about 7-30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: We can accept TT and Paypal.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS for sample.
