Product Overview
The HB-3000ET touch screen electronic Brinell hardness tester can display hardness values on an LCD screen and allows for the display and setting of testing scales, test forces, indenter types, hold times, and unit conversions.
Product Features
1.The body is crafted from high-quality cast iron, single-cast, and treated with automotive paint for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2.The HB-3000ET employs closed-loop electrical loading, equipped with automatic overload and over-position protection functions. The testing process is automated, reducing human operational errors.
3.It utilizes electric loading and unloading of test force, with closed-loop feedback from a 5‰ precision pressure sensor, controlled by a high-speed ARM processor capable of automatically correcting test forces.
4.Convenient control system enabling automatic unit conversion across all hardness scales.
5.Equipped with a printer and supports data output through RS232 and USB (optional) interfaces.
6.Accuracy compliant with GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2, and ASTM E10 standards.
Applications
1.Used for determining the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and bearing alloy materials.
2.Applicable to hardened cast iron, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, malleable castings, mild steel, tempered steel, annealed steel, and bearing steel.
