Product Introduction
HB-B series transformer curing oven is a special curing oven independently developed and designed by our company according to the working principle of curing ovens and in combination with our rich experience in the transformer industry. It is featured by good temperature uniformity, excellent thermal insulation performance and good-looking. The product is widely used for curing after coil epoxy casting, vacuum lacquer dipping and winding of dry transformers; pre-drying of molds and coils; drying of the oil-immersed transformer body; etc.

Performance
1. Two sets of over-temperature alarm systems ensure operation safety of the curing oven.
2. A reasonable hot air circulation mode can be chosen according to the product placement, so as to achieve more uniform temperature in the oven and better curing (drying) effects.
3. It features advanced electrical control, intelligent program temperature controllers, PID parameter self-tuning, solid-state relay power regulation, easy operation and reliable performance. Any curing curve can be set according to different processes.
4. The low thermal conductivity high-quality aluminum silicate wool insulation and unique insulation wool filling method ensure the insulation performance of the curing oven.
5. The accessories of standard configuration of this series curing oven include: manual cart, and rails inside and outside the oven.
6. Optional accessories include: automatic cart, inside-oven low-voltage lighting and observation window, temperature recorder, computer centralized-distributed control system.
