l The HBMT-3000A Large Digital Display Portal Type Electronic (Online) Brinell Hardness Tester automatically completes the clamping, milling, indentation, and measurement processes for workpieces, enabling online inspection. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum machinery, railway equipment, automobile hubs, aircraft manufacturing, mining machinery, special steel, etc.
l The machine body and worktable are precision cast using a sturdy, rigid, precise, reliable, and durable construction.
l Portal frame, large movable worktable, maximum movement distance 1000mm (customizable).
l Precision workpiece positioning device to ensure accurate positioning of the test point.
l Automatic pre-milling action removes surface interference, ensures consistent milling depth, and allows for adjustable depth.
l The loading device incorporates a precision pressure sensor, ensuring precise and stable test force values, with automatic test force compensation.
l Equipped with a self-developed digital display portal type electronic Brinell hardness tester dedicated numerical control system, ensuring high operational speed and full closed-loop operation, gradually applying test force from fast to slow to ensure smooth force application without impact.
l Test force, loading holding time, feed rate, and test speed can be manually adjusted and controlled.
l Multiple sensors integrated throughout the entire online process, automatically completing workpiece entry and exit as well as hardness testing, without requiring constant supervision.
l Automated measurement eliminates human operational interference and reading errors.
l Equipped with Brinell CCD image automatic measurement system; the image processing module captures closed-circuit images of the indentation and automatically displays the Brinell hardness value to complete the hardness test.
l Unit conversion, saving test data sets, and automatically generating hardness test reports and tables. Test data is saved in an offline database for easy retrieval.
l Accuracy complies with GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2, and ASTM E10 standards.
