HBQ-180 is specially designed for large wire of the new energy industry, with automatic functions of stripping, crimping, heat shrinkable and CCD+ robot to automatically detect materials. It's more universal and intelligent.

Efficient: with automatic functions of stripping, crimping, heat shrinkable to save the middle turnover time, it's high efficient;
General: Vibration platform with CCD+ robot to flexibly feed, can process some single terminals, and avoid frequent type change caused by terminals match with a vibration plate;
Intelligent: CCD can automatically detect terminal position and the robot quickly grab terminals. If the vibration plate has no appropriate position, the vibration plate automatically reverses the terminal to the appropriate position and continues to grab;
Safety: The equipment is equipped with an integral safety cover, and each access door equipped with a safety door switch, which will directly alarm and stop the machine if the safe ty guard opened during operation.
