The Ultra Heavy Cleaner blade has a large increase in height and thickness over the Heavy Duty Cleaner.
Blade compensation can be adjusted according to the degree of blade wear.
The blade material is polyether material, which is 50% more wear-resistant than ordinary polyurethane material, and the molecu
lar weight is more than 9 million.
The buffer system is divided into primary buffering and secondary buffering, which improves the cushioning effect of the rack,
thereby extending the life of the cleaner.

universal mounting plate can be bolted or welded to a discharge chute or conveyor frame. The three-section retractable fixed
mounting rod is lightweight and easy to install on the mounting plate.
Optional mounting rods and mounting discs provide a mounting surface at the open head end of the conveyor belt for easy
installation. There is little to no maintenance, you just need to check the blade tension occasionally and readjust it as needed
