Self tapping screw is a screw that can be consolidated on the material, relying on its own thread, willbe consolidated body "tap-drill, squeeze, pressure" out of the corresponding thread, like plastics,
sheet metal or wood, so that it closely with each other.

screw head design. And the screw thread covers the whole length of the screw from tip to head, thus,
whereas a regular machine screw cannot tap its own hole in a metal substrate, a self-tapping one can
