2. No oxide-layer on the inside & outside surface after heat treatment, good cleanliness of the inner wall.
3. Can withstand high pressure, cold bending without deformation, flaring and flattening without cracks, and can perform various complex deformation processing and machining.
Anti-rust oiled at both inside and outside, plastic cap at both ends,plastic film wrapped, then into wooden box, and 1m length suspenders X 2pcs on each box.
We can do NDT(nondestructive testing), include eddy current testing and ultrasonic testing. We can also provide electro galvanied tube and salt spray testing according to ISO 9227.

2. The raw material such as mother tube, round bar we use is from Chinese biggest and well-known steel mill: Shanghai BaoSteel Group.
3. We have advanced NDT equipment for the tests such as Eddy Current test, Ultrasonic test, Hydraulic test and so on.
4. We have ISO 9001 certificate, and the Third Party Inspection Certificates such as TUV, BV, Lloyd's, SGS, etc, also can be provided according to customers' requirements.
5. Wooden case package and steel box which are strong and suitable for sea transportation is our main method to pack the pipes. And the economical packing method such as packed in blundles is also welcomed by some customers.
6. PRIOR tolerance control on both inside and outside diameter and wall thickness is much higher than standard DIN and GB.
7. In order to keep inside surface clean and make it free from burrs, we develop the unique and special technology --- Sponge Washing with high pressure.
8. We can produce many types of these tube: NBK (+N), BK (+C), BKW (+LC), BKS (+SR'), etc, and can do black phosphate, Electro-galvanied proccess by our own workshop, which will save much time and cost for our customers.
