This inner circle welding equipment mainly realizes the whole process of automatic assembly, automatic clamp loading, automatic welding and other internal welding.
For the outer circle, we have outer-circle welding equipment which could mainly realizes the automatic concentricity of the outer circle of the plate, reduces the amount of misalignment of the outer circle, realizes automatic concentricity and automatic welding of each set of the plates.

Specifications of workpieces:
Range of diameters: φ480- φ1200mm (can be customized)
Plate thickness: 0.8-1. 2mm (can be customized)
Inner-circle welding instructions:
This robot workstation mainly realizes the inner circle automatic welding for the plate. By manually placing the workpiece to the specified position, select the corresponding model on the console, press the start button, the robot will automatically loading and clamping the plates, then goes to welding processing, unloading the finishing plates.
If you need to replace the different types of plate welding, you only need to replace the different fixtures. It can be used to realize quick replacement of different types of plates.
