The fiber composite material could be used for various kinds of fiber rollers, ring rollers which are used in steel heat treatment line, glass annealing lehr line, and nonferrous-metal material heattreatment lines(aluminum,copper etc.)
HRF 650 Non-Asbestos Heat-Resistant Roller
-Main Application: Annealing lehr roller series for float galss annealing lehr line.
-Perforance Features:High temperature resistant, hot bending proof, wear proof, fine and smooth in quality, scrach-free on sheet surface, good thermal stability and long service life etc.
HRF650 Non-Asbestos Heat-Resistant Fiber Sheet
-Main Application: Cladding material of float galss annealing lehr roller.
-Performance Feature: High temperature resistant, moderate hardness, low ignition loss, large compression ratio, high spring back, less fiber intensity flexibility loss and could long term used under 500ºC.
Based on that, QYD also creats new composite material used in both glass annealing lehr and nonferrous metal heat treatment line.

-Main Application: could be long term used in forced air cooling zone below 260ºC in float glass annealing lehr.
-Performance Features: Rings assembled with interval, good structure performance, fast heat dissipation, helpful for galss cooling, the composite material both has the elasticity of rubber and the strength of inorganic material, keep scratch free, light and low cost, high performance cost ratio.
-Achieved state patent No. ZL 2012 2 0025156.1
Graphite Ring
-Main application: could be long term used in zones below 400ºC in float glass annealing lerh.
-Performance features:assembled with interval, good structure performance, fast heat dissipation, helpful for glass cooling, small themal expansion, no deformation, good themal stability, proper hardness, scratch-free on glass, light, low cost high performance cost ratio.
