Product Description
Jacketed wafer type ball valve has compact in structure, keep short distance between the valve seat and the end flange, low remains, superior in sealing, long service life etc. Normally seat seal can be PTFE, PPL, RTFE, PEEK etc. PTFE material ( used in -20 to 160ºC ), PPL or M seat seal materials are available chosen ( used in -30 to 250ºC ).
Can design as customer's requirement be two piece body structure.
Jacketed wafer type ball valve usually used for the medium that easily solidified thus can not flow at normal atmospheric temperature, such as chocolate, grease, benzene, sulfur,molten sulphur, asphalt, bitumen, wax, polyurethane, resin, fatty alcohol etc.
