Precautions when using the winch:
1. The wire rope on the drum should be arranged neatly. If overlap and oblique winding are found, the machine should be stopped and rearranged. It is strictly forbidden to pull and step on the wire rope with hands or feet during rotation. The wire rope is not allowed to be completely released, and at least three turns should be retained.
2. The wire rope is not allowed to be knotted or twisted. If the wire breaks more than 10% within a pitch, it should be replaced.
3. During operation, no one shall cross the wire rope. After the object (object) is lifted, the operator shall not leave the winch. Objects or cages should be lowered to the ground during rest.
4. During operation, the driver and signalman should maintain good visibility with the hoisted objects. The driver and signalman should work closely and obey the unified command of the signal.
5. In the event of a power outage during operation, the power supply should be cut off and the hoisted object should be lowered to the ground.
6. Follow the signal of the commander during work. If the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended and the operation can be continued after the situation is clarified.
7. If there is a sudden power outage during operation, the switch should be opened immediately and the transported object should be put down.
8. After the operation, the material tray should be put on the ground and the electric box should be locked.
9. The wear and corrosion of the wire rope and the machine during use are inevitable, and the protective oil should be applied at intervals.
10. Overloading is strictly prohibited. That is, exceeding the maximum load tonnage.
11. During use, be careful not to get knotted, flattened, injured by electric arc, and corroded by chemical media.
12. High-temperature objects must not be hoisted directly, and protective plates should be added for angular objects.
13. The wire rope used should be checked frequently during use, and it should be scrapped immediately if it reaches the scrap standard.
