Heavy Verge Flail Mower/AGF Series Mower (Mulcher)
Verger flail mulchers are Super Heavy Duty Mowers designed with heavy cutting blades that
can chop heavy brush including grasses, debris, sticks, vines, branches.
Specially designed for universal use the head of the mower can be operated in line with the tractor or offset for verge maintenance and field boundaries.
The mower head is attached to a hydraulic arm allowing you to swing the mulcher beyond
your tractors wheels.
The head may be pivoted hydraulically up to 90 degrees for hedge or hillside work or down
55 degrees for ditch or bank work.
Connect it to our optional 4-way hydraulic control valve with a hydraulic float and the mulcher will follow the contours of the terrain.
A flail mower doesn't throw grass, instead it cuts finely and leaves the cuttings on the ground where it was cut making it an excellent choice for those places where you could cause damage by throwing debris.

- Transmission: By sturdy toothed belts.
- It has hydraulic cylinders to adjust the right and left movement and turn over the body.
- Gearbox is made of graphite casting iron. Material performance is better. Not easy broken.
- After dynamic balance test, the blade axle can run stably at high speed, with lower noise.
- The blades have more quantity, bigger density and higher mowing efficiency.
- The roller is equipped with bearing on both ends, so it can run more flexibly, without
stronger wearing.
- Y shape blades and hammers are optional, to meet the needs of different customer.
- The body can be turned over, so it has a wider range of application.
